Yes We have a prep kitchenette equipped with a, refrigerator, microwave, sink and countertops. (No Stove)

Yes, you can provide alcohol for your guests but all alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured mobile bartending service, or one of our preferred vendors. No alcohol is allowed to be SOLD on premises and we do not allow BYOB events Any guest or parties caught with open liquor not being served will immediately shut down.

To secure your date, a $550 non-refundable booking deposit is required with a signed contract. Payments are made in three stages: the deposit, a midway payment, and the final payment 14 days before the event.

No there is a strict no smoking policy any guest or parties caught smoking will be immediately cancelled with no refund.

Yes, All items brought in by you, your vendors, or your guests will need to be removed. All of the tables should be cleared, with only the linens remaining if provided by us.The kitchen should be free of food and beverages and wiped down. After all of the trash is gathered, the trash bags should be placed in designated trash area.

Yes any evening events will be required to have security. We can provide security for a fee or you may provide your own certified security. 

As we build out vendor list we will have recommendations for catering. We allow outside catering companies, please make sure they bring all warming and chafing dishes as well as any utensils needed to serve.

Yes! there is a well lit parking lot that has over 150 parking spaces.
