Absolutely! We believe in giving you the flexibility to select your own vendors if that works best for you. For your convenience, we have two in-house decorators available to assist with all your design needs. Additionally, we offer a list of preferred vendors upon request, but you are not limited to those options.
Yes, we have a prep kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and countertops. Please note that there is no stove or cooking equipment available.
Yes, you may provide alcohol for your guests; however, all alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured mobile bartending service or one of our preferred vendors. Alcohol sales on the premises are strictly prohibited, and BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) events are not allowed. Any guest or event found with open liquor not served by an approved bartender will result in the immediate shutdown of the event.
To secure your event date, a non-refundable booking deposit for the amount specified in the rental agreement is required, along with a signed contract provided by us. Payments will be made in three installments: the first installment is the booking deposit, the second installment is due midway between the booking date and the event date, and the final installment is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date

No, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Any guest found smoking will result in the immediate cancellation of the event with no refund. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and safe environment for all guests.
Yes, all items brought in by you, your vendors, or your guests must be removed at the end of your event. Tables should be cleared, leaving only linens if provided by us. The kitchenette must be free of food and beverages and wiped down. All trash should be gathered and placed in the designated trash area.
No, we do not provide catering services. However, as we continue to build our vendor list, we can offer recommendations upon request. Outside catering is welcome, but please ensure that your caterer brings all necessary warming and chafing dishes, as well as any utensils needed for serving.
Yes! We have a well-lit parking lot with over 150 parking spaces available for you and your guests.
